RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. Because our research compounds require specific storage and handling conditions, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored items.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at mohamedjibawi@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
